You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have necessary rights to the content
• Your content does not violate third-party rights
• Your content complies with these Terms

If you purchase services or products from ASAT LABS:

• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Billing occurs at the beginning of each billing cycle
• You authorize us to charge your payment method
• Refunds available within 30 days under certain conditions

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and content.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASAT LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration in Gulu, Uganda.
